The 2020 Annex

HIGHLIGHTS

The 2020 Annex is a photo/video studio for members only. The price is only $95.00 per month. There are no hidden fees, extra charges, or any other such nonsense. There are no contracts. There is no maximum number of hours you can shoot. There are no time restrictions whatsoever. Members have their own sets of keys, so if you want to shoot (for example) at 3:00am, there's nothing stopping you from doing so. There is a limit to the number of members to nearly eliminate any possible scheduling conflicts. And, in the event two members DO want to shoot at the same time, annex members can always cross the aisle and shoot in the main studio at no charge if it's open for business.

With state-of-the-art security cameras, The 2020 Annex offers a completely safe place to shoot for both models and photographers. Models are safe from any creeps they may bring with them, and photographers are safe from any potential troublesome model.

The 2020 is climate controlled. There is a brand new, 10,000 BTU, quiet air conditioner in one window. It was purchased with extreme efficiency in mind, so it won't mess with your lighting every time it cycles on and off. The annex also has an extremely powerful, built-in heater that can raise the temperature in the annex by twenty degrees in just a little under a minute.

There is plenty of natural light in the annex. In fact, the Southern wall is all windows. On cloudy days, just turn on the overhead lights. They're LEDs, so you won't have a yellowish tinge in your shots.

There is a secure closet to store your props, backgrounds and other items you don't want to lug around every time you shoot.

The entire Eastern wall is completely bare, and painted a flat white. It is absolutely perfect for shooting ballet, gymnastic or similar sessions.

The floor of The 2020 Annex is coated with a flat, gray sealer.

There are no restrictions on what you can shoot in the annex other than, well . . . don't do anything that is going to tear up, or make a mess of the annex. To clarify, if you want to shoot nude models, that's no problem.

The Northern wall of The 2020 Annex is devoted to hanging backdrops. The multi-rod setup makes changing backdrops super easy.

Outside the windows of The 2020 Annex is basically trees and rooftops. There's no one out there to spy on your model(s) if they decide to pose nude in the windows.

Outside one of the windows is a bird feeder that has been attracting many types of weird-looking birds. When scared away from the feeder, the birds fly about fifty feet to a small wooded area. If you have a decent lens, you can get some great nature shots right from the window.

Members of The 2020 Annex may use the space for about anything they want as long as it's legal and doesn't make a mess. For example, if you wish to make some extra money, consider holding your own event in the annex. You've seen other photographers make some good money at events, all members of the annex have that option any time they care to do a little organizing...

Most importantly, The 2020 Annex members are all good people. We don't allow creeps, bastards, thieves, slobs or any other type of low-life characters to become members, so if you happen to leave something sitting out after your photo session, it'll still be there when you shoot again. Our present members work together for mutual benefit, helping each other with ideas, finding models, etc. - and that's the way we'd like to keep things.

PICTURES
	No one enjoys moving hundreds of pounds of equipment each and every time they shoot, so The 2020 Annex members have a secure closet to store their equipment, props, etc. The combination lock changes whenever a member leaves.
	For the photographers who enjoy shooting gymnastic, or dancing models, the Eastern wall is completely bare, and painted a flat white paint. The wall on the left-hand side of this picture can easily be extended another six feet simply by sliding backdrops out of the way along the rods.
	Like shooting in natural light? Got 'cha covered. The window covering on the right side of this picture can easily be removed for even more window space.
	As you can see in this picture and the next, The 2020 Annex has a lot of privacy even with the windows. The view outside the left window is basically trees, and on the right, barron rooftops.

	Outside the windows is a bird feeder along with a small suet cage. It's purpose is to attract a variety of birds to give photographers something to shoot if they get flaked on by their models. The feeder is off to one side, so it will not interfere with photographers shooting models in the windows.
