Sorry, everyone.  It's going to take me a while to post the pictures and the write-up about my trip out to the western states.  There are just so many pictures, interviews and personal stories to tell, well . . . let's just say it's going to take me a lot longer than expected.  Hopefully, I'll have everything up within a couple of weeks.

I will say this much right now though...   That area of the country is so beautiful and the people out there are so wonderful, I actually had to fight the urge to turn right back around on the return trip home.

This is a typical view of a harvest sunset around the Haxtun and Holyoke areas of Colorado.

Now I'm telling you, everyone, if you want a place to relax that is within driving distance of most of the tourist attractions in the western states, if you want to live in an area where you'll have the nicest people in the world as neighbors, if you can't tolerate living around crime, or just sick and tired of the hassles of big city life . . . I suggest you give SERIOUS consideration to Haxtun and Holyoke.  In my opinion, those two towns are the closest you're going to get to Heaven while still living on the face of this planet.
