NO PRESSURE SALES POSITIONS
That's right . . . because these positions are completely commission based, there will be no pressure from us for you to make sales whatsoever. You can work from home, you can go out and canvas different businesses, or you can make a few deals while on your other (day) job if you wish. You can work as little or as much as you want in these sales positions. You sell when and if you can - no pressure. This is possible because these openings are like I said - completely commission based.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED
We need sales people to go after companies who can sponsor the CarlMerritt.com Promo Team at conventions.
We need sales people to sell ad space for up to as many as five popular Dayton-based web sites.
We need people to make sales for our web design company.
In the near future, we will need sales people to sell/market the film, ABE'S TOMB - The Movie, currently in post production.
WE ARE NOT SALES PEOPLE
The CarlMerritt.com team consists of actors, actresses, artists, writers, models, dancers, producers, directors, web designers, singers etc. We are a group of very talented people, however, we know nothing of sales, and have had very little luck in this regard. In short, we need experienced sales people to bring in more sponsorship, more web design business and to sell more (online) ad space and more. When the movie is released in a few months, we will also have a need for sales people to help market that also. To be honest, the lack of good, honest, experienced sales people is a hole in our infrastructure, and this win/win opportunity is your chance to help make this work for all involved.
For your efforts, you will receive a flat rate of 25% of every dollar you are responsible for bringing in. For an example, let's take sponsorship. If you make a first-time sale, you would get twenty-five percent. If the company you bring in decides to sponsor us again on their own without any additional work from you . . . you still get twenty-five percent of the amount they sponsor us with.
And, unlike a lot of other companies, we will not let you go if you have a very high commission check due every month so we can keep the money ourselves. You can ask any member of the team . . . we encourage hard work, loyalty, honesty, intelligence, dedication and a willingness to succeed. We do not punish those who are making our company better in the name of greed.
NOT EXPERIENCED IN THESE TYPES OF SALES? NO PROBLEM!
Even if you have no sales experience in these types of sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain the experience with no risk to you, or your present job. Meaning, you can still work for your present company (insurance salesman/corporate sales/retail sales/whatever) while you also try your hand at say . . . convincing a company or an individual that they need a web site. You could still work selling carpets during the day, and make a few phone calls to friends who own businesses when you get home at night to see if they might want to run an ad on one more Dayton-based web sites. You could be an insurance salesperson who just happens to run across someone who owns a company needing a lot of exposure, so convince that person to sponsor the CarlMerritt.com Promo Team at conventions . . . and earn twenty-five percent of what you bring in. In addition, if you don't feel comfortable with say . . . acquiring sponsorships, then concentrate on some other aspect of our sales needs, as in helping to market our film once it is released. Like the ad in the paper says, no pressure.
Another reason there is going to be no pressure associated with this opportunity is the fact that there is going to be no limit to the number of sales people we take aboard as part of our team. Actually, the more sales people, the better. This will be best for us, and it will work out well for you because, for example, if you decide to go on an extended vacation for a year, neither you or CarlMerritt.com will have any worries about sales not being made. There will be plenty of other sales people to keep the income flowing, and there will always be an unlimited amount of potential customers.
