STACEY'S  CHRISTMAS  TALE

'Twas the night before Christmas

And all through the station

All the DJs were gone

But the music was still playin'.

Me wearing nothing but stockings and cap

I had just settled down for a long Winter's nap.

I was nestled all snug in my bed

While visions of diamonds danced in my head.

Up on the roof, there rose such a clatter

I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.

Over to the window I flew like a flash

Reached under my bed and threw out my stash.

What to my wondrous eyes should appear

But Boomer and Norm on a sleigh with reindeer.

I yelled to the guys, What seems to be the trouble?"

They said, "Santa's real sick!  Let's go!  On the double!"

So I ran to my closet and dressed up real warm

then hopped in the sleigh with Boomer and Norm.

The reindeer took off and we were carried away

And with a loud Santa voice, I hear Santa say,

"On Dasher, on Dancer, on Donner and Blitzen!

Get a move on, boys!  Christmas is a ticken'!"

We hurried and scurried and delivered the toys

To put beautiful smiles on little girls and boys.

By the time we were finished, I was proud of myself

'Cause that was the year Boomer saved Christmas and I got to help!
